[mythtvnz] Leadtek WinFast TV2000 XP Deluxe Troubles

I'm re-setting up my MythTV box, after a motherboard failure (curse of
the swollen capacitors), and for the life of me, I can't remember or
work out what options I need to pass to the bttv driver to get this
card to work.<br>
<br>
All I'm getting at the moment in Myth, XAWTV and KDETV is a green
screen, with a bit of static across the top, even with the channel
FreqID's set to known ones.<br>
<br>
Scanning in any of the programs provides no results, and setting the
channels manually results in the above scenario.<br>
<br>
Does anyone actually still have one of these cards in their machine,
and can provide the correct modprobe line.<br>
<br>
So far I've tried:<br>
modprobe bttv tuner={3,5,38} card=34<br>
with no luck.<br>
