[mythtvnz] TVNZ News channel to be encrypted

Hows that for political bull crap.. Its not like the viewer has paid
anything for the channel anyway, so who cares if they do pick it up on sky..
No revenue was lost.. Infact just another viewer was gained! 

Stupid tvnz..
