[mythtvnz] Heads up on today's TV3 and C4 changes

They are supposed to both go 16:9 on Sky (and freeview when it launches) and
13:9 or 15:9 on VHF.

At the moment on VHF TV3 appears to be 13:9 and C4 was 16:9 showing a 4:3
picture with black borders - very odd.

Hopefully they will sort all of this out before tonight.

Now the question is what will be the best ways to show this picture for a
typical MythTV user.
