[mythtvnz] dvbscan filter timeout on pid issues for freeview transponders.

I've been seeing quite a lot of filter timeout errors when performing a
channel scan on the freeview HPol transponders.

It isn't an obvious signal issue as the signal is really strong with no
BER.  dvbtune gets a good solid lock, but then scan usually throws some
errors. Anyone else seeing this?
