[mythtvnz] FYI: Optus B1 playing up

The uplink for B1 is not running properly

As a result, customers are at times seeing pixilisation and rain fade,
especially during tracking manoeuvres which happen about every 30 mins

Upcoming Outage

This outage requires the PAN uplink to be turned off for up to 2 hours

NOTE. The time may change. It is currently scheduled for 0200-4000 
Friday morning

This will affect all services except MTS and TV1, 2 REGIONS (TV1, 2 
upper north island will also be affected)

Customers will see the rain fade effect during this time. Everything 
should recover when the uplink is turned back on.
