[mythtvnz] LIRC codes for Zenith Sky Boxes amongst others

Anyone here got and IRBlaster to work with the Zenith SkyTV boxes, and can
provide a config file for lirc?

Also what other Sky Boxes are out there. I have no issues working the PACE
boxes but I've yet to see any other makes in common use.
