[mythtvnz] Rough cut of NZ MythTV site now online

Feedback welcomed. Got a couple of minor style sheet issues I'm still
working through. Until I open the main link you can access it via the
following URL.

Just some place holder information for the moment. Don't want to take
over from all of the other sites, just would like to provide a central
jumping off point for the important information.
