[mythtvnz] Hairy EPG feed fixed

Hi all.

I broke the EPG feed at hairy.geek.nz overnight, should be fixed now. I
hadn't seen anyone post about it yet, but thought I might as well fess
up to breaking it.

Also, I've added a few new transponders to the service-ids.txt scan,
these have shown up in the NIT. Seems to be some dupe services but they
are definately there.
