[mythtvnz] DVB-S and channel numbers

I use the same logical channels for TVOne and TV2 on FTA (PVR350) and DVB-S (skystar2). The whole point to me is to allow Myth to resolve clashes automatically. I'm not that discerning about quality of one over the other anyway, don't think I could tell them apart if I tried (disclaimer - only using 32" 100Hz CRT).
