1/  Steve's myPVR unit installs easily. I can recommend it to anybody. It
is a very quiet box and works a treat. Steve's ability to do updates and
changes via VNC make it an ideal unit for those not understanding the
inner workings.

2/  Seeing the joy of the severely disabled customer able to use his PVR
via Steve's web based remote was very rewarding.
