[mythtvnz] TVNZ Digital Satellite Services Resume

The TVNZ uplink, and test transmissions, have been restored. All 9
channels are again visible on the usual frequency from Optus satellite
B1.

Engineers advise, however, that the facility at Avalon is not yet fully
serviceable, and is still subject to some further diagnosis and repair
action. There may be further interruptions to these test channels.

Nevertheless, from the perspective of those who have been used to
viewing this experimental TVNZ Digital FTA service, it is again
operating. Some Set Top Boxes may need to be re-booted to reactivate
them after the period of "no signal".
