I have found the 350 to have the best TV out.  I watch a lot of sports so I
and have found it is the fast motion which highlights the differences of
cards.  I have used NVidia cards with TV out, NVidia cards on the monitor,
the Xbox, the EPIA mini ITX M10K (using the HW Decoder), and the Hauppauge
PVR-350.

I would have to say the 350, then the M10K had the best quality (for me)

I personally think the 350 is overkill (experience talking) as I 
ended up not using the video out on my one. Although the remote it 
comes with was relatively easy to get going.

How do you plan on connecting to the Plasma?
