[mythtvnz] EPG problems

Thanks for that - ontv.orcon.co.nz came back sometime after I mailed the
list. However the data is still not getting to where it should be.

I've run mythfilldatabase manually and the data is definitely coming in. 
I must have some deeper underlying isssue... which is odd cos it has been
working fine for a week or so. (suspiciously close to the length of an
EPG)
