[mythtvnz] HDTV - component output/input

I cannot seem to get the component output from my Nvidia 6200 working 
correctly.

S-video is working but I have b/w when I use component.

With some versions of xorg.conf I got great definition and colour but 
incorrect resolution and lockups.

Does anyone have a similar hardware setup and a working component output?

xorg.conf has the following:-
