Next Dance at Eastbourne Town Hall Dancers Wanted =

Dear Jivers
Please note that my next dance is at Eastbourne Town Hall Saturday 30th =
November, which is this coming Saturday. It is NOT at Corsica Hall as =
advertised by mistake, in Lynda's List.
a.. Doors Open at 8pm
b.. Icebreaker Class from 8.15pm - 8.45pm
c.. Ecuador Cabaret by Graham and Sarah at 10pm
d.. Licensed Bar until 12pm (bottled beers, lagers, wine, soft drinks =
and Breezers at pub prices)
e.. Tea, Coffee Cake & Biscuits from 10.30pm
f.. Dancing till 12 midnight
g.. DJ Steve 'The Hitman' Strong
h.. =A37 in Advance or =A38 on the door
Wanted
Modern Jive (South East) has been invited once again to take part in the =
Eastbourne Christmas Cracker Weekend. This event has been organised =
between Eastbourne Borough Council and Sovereign Radio. So I am asking =
for volunteers to help me promote Le Roc in this area and show the =
public what we do. Dancers of ALL levels are welcome just a willingness =
to smile and have fun necessary. Come whatever the weather, if you would =
just like to hand out leaflets that is fine too.=20
We will be one of many performances during the day BUT we do have a =
Prime Time slot from 1pm - 1.30pm on Saturday 7th December. It will be =
at the Sovereign Radio trailer, outside Barclays Bank in Terminus Road.=20
Please would you let me know if you want to take part ASAP or just turn =
up at 12.30 in plenty of time, (preferably let me know though). Tea, =
Coffee & Cakes at my house, for all helpers afterwards.

(Maddy was our Eastbourne Le Roc Door Girl, who out of 10,000 =
competitors WON the search to become a CBBC presenter earlier this =
year). Well just to let you know that I have had an e-mail from her and =
that she sends you all her best wishes.=20
She says that she is on digital TV everyday and on BBC 2 Weather in the =
mornings. On Chrismas morning she will be on at 9.30am presenting 'Choir =
of the Year'!!! and says that its not as boring as it sounds!!=20
She says her website is www.bbc.co.uk/cbbc if anybody wants to check it =
out, and that they have a webcam in the studio so you can see what they =
are doing all day from 7 till 7, which is on the website somewhere. She =
also says that she will be coming down to Eastbourne for a few days over =
the Xmas hols and will pop in and have a dance at Le Roc.
