Hi folks

Some news about big "stompy" Dave, known by so many on the dance scene. He is
leaving Philips at the end of the month, although I'm sure he will not allow this to
effect his dancing. He promises to send something next week to mark this event...

Unusally this weekend we have a clash between Christine's and Colin's LeRoc venues,
both places are good to visit. The livelest venue over the weekend will no doubt
be Ceroc at Bromley which always seems to fill a massive hall. Take your pick:

This week's recommendations are:

Friday 25th January
**Rebel Roc, Civic Hall, The Boulevard, Crawley, Susssex, 8-12
-- Smallish venue with good atmosphere

 **LeRoc, Friends Provident, Pixham Lane,     
 Dorking, 8-11:30                             
 -- Friendly relaxed venue, cheap bar         

 **LeRoc,    Fairlands   FLG   Centre,   A323 
 Aldershot Rd. Guildford                      

-- Friendly venue

Saturday 26th January
**Ceroc, Bromley Civic Centre, Sockwell close, Bromley
-- Large quality ceroc venue attracts many experienced dancers, fun lesson by "baby" Steve

**Evolution, King Alfred Ballroom, Kingsway (seafront), Hove
-- good venue, poplar with the Brighton crowd
