Hi folks

Hove Town Hall proves to be a storming night last Saturday. Great organ=
isation from Phil Ducket (wearing an amazingly loud yellow suit) and th=
e very best dancers in the shape of Viktor & Lydia setting the scene fo=
r a fabulous night. The next, at the same
venue is on 8th June.

This weekend there's a good mix of events, including the very tempting =
Rochester venue and Jag Jive's Great Bookham venue (additional details =
attached).

This week's recommendations are:

Friday 15th February
**Ceroc, Corn Exhange, High Street, Rochester, Kent
-- Fanstaic ornate venue, lesson by  Katerina (of Welling Ceroc)

**Rebel Roc, Civic Hall, The Boulevard, Crawley, Susssex, 8-12
-- Smallish venue with good atmosphere

Saturday 16th February
**Jag Jive, Old Barn Hall, Great Bookham, 7:45-11:45pm
-- mix of modern jive, swing, blues, bring your own booze, Juice bar

**LeRoc, Valentine Dance, Fairland (off a323), Guildford
-- Friendly venue in which you should wear something Red

**LeRoc(Brighton), The martlets, Civic Way, Burgess Hill, West Sussex
-- Great modern venue, excellent dance floor

Just a quick reminder that our next dance is on Saturday, February
16th, at the Old Barn Hall, Great Bookham, 7:45-11:45pm, no class.
Usual great mix of modern, classics, swing and blues. =A35 in advance
via phone or email, =A36 on the door. Juice/water/soft drinks bar,
bring your own alcohol if required. Free tea and coffee.
The dance floor is fairly fast so we recommend leather soles, not
suede, if you have the choice.

We have had a few callers asking for directions. This great venue
is approx. 10 minutes from M25 junction 9, off the main Leatherhead
to Guildford road, but not easy to find. Please send us an email
if you would like exact directions. If you use an internet map
service like www.multimap.com or www.streetmap.co.uk, the postcode
is KT23 3PQ.
