I am sending this email to update as many people on the Guildford
Situation.

As you know, Finnegan's Wake is closed for refurbishment and St Josephs=

was completely unsuitable - a hazard to dancers.  I have had no luck in=

finding an alternative in Guildford that we could use until Finnegan's
Wake ReOpens.  We are going to have to wait until Finnegan's Wake is
finished. I cannot give a precise date but Paul, the Manager informs us=

that it will be around the second to last Monday in September.  (The
work that the pub is undergoing is extensive...they are spending
=A3600,000 + to convert the front area into a large pizza pub).

I will be sending out a large email and posting letters when I have the=

opening date confirmed, which will probably be a week or two prior to
opening.

There are many rumours going around at the moment which keep coming bac=
k
to me.  The above information is the correct and factual information,
please ignore anything else as they are simply rumours.
