Hi folks,

Blue Dahlia  last Friday was great, excellent music, most folks dressed to
the theme Film Noir/ Gangsters and walked the walk or is that danced the
dance!
As for sharp dudes there was one French character hiding most of the evening
behind shades and another well known  strutting his stuff in a slick zoot
suit.  The girls as always were gorgeous.
Some v good dancers so some great dancing and entertaining to watch when you
needed to cool down. The venue attracts swingers so  to speak and some lindy
hoppers but also appeals to adventurous jivers.  The atmosphere is superb,
as they make you feel welcome, someone remarked  "its a little like a party
in their home".  The Rev Boogie has a chat with folks and usually entertains
sometime during the evening with his dancing and can he dance!!

Highly recommended for an enjoyable evening.
