  Just to let you know that this wednesday Hannah will be teaching the
class at Orpington, I'm away on business. Last saturday was the
teacher's annual update and 38 new intermediate moves have been
introduced to Ceroc, and one or two were removed - bringing the total to
around 500! I expect Hannah will teach some of the new moves on
wednesday.

  Hammersmith was excellent on saturday night, very busy, and quite a
few of the teachers stayed on from the update to freestyle into the
night.

  Rochester was fun too, despite the class, although halfway through the
freestyle i did an energetic lift accompanied by the dreaded sound that
is instantly recognisable of the ripping of material - yes my trousers
had split! The seam along my rear end had come apart, my flash Versace
trousers being designed for posing and not for dancing. Managed to fix
them up with some borrowed safety pins and some gaffa tape. Only the
pins kept coming undone with rather painful consequences. Also the gaffa
tape had somehow attached itself to my inner thigh and removing the
trousers later on was like a mini waxing! Ouch! Spent most of the
evening cowering in the corner with my back to the wall.
