[chbot] Surplus Linux boards M93030B

Apart from the obvious stuff sticking out of the board, the datasheet 
for the CPU also mentions I2C, SPI, SD card, RS485, PWM, GPIO and a USB 
host. So any, or all of the above could be brought out on the headers.
