[chbot] Starlink "train" tonight

The 14 SVs are only a small batch of all the Starlink SVs that are up there.
60 SVs were launched a few days ago (Launch 12 aka v1.0 L11) and are
slowly repositioned from there into their orbits and "trains" only exist
for a few days.

The Heavens Above App is pretty useful for keeping an eye on what's flying
past. Some of the "satellites" we see are really space junk - for example
rocket bodies. Some of that dates back to the 1980s or earlier.
