[chbot] High voltage batteries and electrolytic capacitors

I was about to express concern about the type of insulator that your 
coffee table is constructed from (mica ?), but on second thoughts I 
might be better off asking if you charge the unit before going to bed at 
night. Might be good at catching burglars :)
