[chbot] Teleconference by Zoom

Just on the Zoom option...

I have a license so could host a meeting if everyone is happy with that 
tool, we use it at work.

It is an excellent tool, but the free accounts can't host large/long 
meetings.  I can invite as many people as we want.

Can't do it during the work day though, as I'm working and need it for 
that, somewhat obviously. :-)
