Some parameters please
- max and min limit of carrier frequency, or Fnom ± Ftolerance
- repetition rate of the 100ms bursts ?
- transmit power
- transmit antenna

Do you have a pendant in hand to take apart ?

So unmodulated carrier, and no ident modulation ?
