[chbot] Monday's Robotics- Thoughts please

With meetings limited to 100, with responsible contact tracing, and 
respecting 1m distancing, we can meet all of the guidelines associated 
with Alert Level 2 for our Robotics meeting on Monday.

The 0x64 question is of course how many members are interested in going 
ahead with a real meeting ?

Please speak up if this interests you, I think we need at least six 
people to make it worthwhile.
