[chbot] RE Ordering parts online

I received some button caps and a bag of screws. Ordered after the extended
Chinese shutdown, but before the lockdown.

I have six other packages in transit, with their whereabouts and delivery
time no more or less uncertain than the before times.

AliExpress is still taking orders (I think it is a self-aware AI that
operates without human intervention), and I don't think NZ Post can easily
decide what is 'essential' or not. Besides, where would they put the
'non-essential' stuff? Much easier to run things as normal, which goes for
everything, frankly. Except businesses that literally can't, such as
restaurants. Although, restaurant delivery might work.
