Also, if you have not started trenching. I have had really good luck with Ubiquity (Chinese) Wi-Fi bridges. They are really quite amazing and at about $250 for a pair including POE injectors it is amazing.

In the past that kind of out door gear was in the thousands. They also offer longer distance Wi-Fi to ethernet layer 2 bridges.
