I'd be interested in one Mark,  if they're vaguely pc compatible. 
Got a project on the back burner that calls for a small ton client with a touch screen.

We have been offered a pile of IBM POS terminals.

14"(?) touch-screen, possibly 4G RAM, x86 or x64 architecture, no SATA HD.

These are unlikely to be heavy-lifting machines (apart form their 
physical weight :) but might make interesting touch screen control 
terminals.

Any interest ?
