Hi all,

Looking for a couple of the following;

TMS4016-25NL TTL Static RAM, 16Kb (2K x 8), 250ns, DIP-24

Has anybody got some junk box / excess inventory / failed boards that might have said device? Or suggest valid pin-for-pin replacement
