Well, it shows numbers... It's cheap stuff, I doubt it's much more than
a guestimator but that's often better than nothing. To be able to tell
what its error is I'd have to have something better to measure the same
thing with, which I don't. It's difficult to measure power, especially
at high frequencies (which USB loads often are - the programmable LEDs
will be). I expect the construction is similar to Peter's Arduino setup,
with the main difference being that Peter (I expect) calibrated his, and
the tester's calibration is... something to hope for. Neither will deal
with higher frequencies.

It's main purpose would be to check USB supply voltages and max
currents. For that it'll be good enough.

Richard, a link to your US$42 job might be really useful here... ;-)
