I don't think this is "full graphics". Rather it has a sort of widget
framework that you can control via the serial port (eg. think very cut down
X windows).

Probably quite useful as a UI for various products but you won't be able to
use it to stream video or anything like that.

However Linux + QT + RPi (or cheaper) would give you a more capable system.

Like so many of these things it depends what you want to do with it.
