Hi All,

Just received an interesting document about traffic management in CHCH

Includes the paragraph "Time to destination boards are a recent 
innovation seen around Christchurch arterial routes. The system is 
leased. There are 200 sensors around the main routes that look for in 
car Bluetooth transmissions. The MAC address is noted and when the same 
MAC address is detected further down the road, the time between readings 
is used to calculate travel times. Have a look at Transport for
