[chbot] possible email issues, and reminder

Likewise, Ivo's message went into my gmail spam folder with this as the
explanation:

*Why is this message in Spam?* It has a from address in yahoo.com but has
failed yahoo.com's required tests for authentication.

So I guess if you want to sent to our email list with a from address of @
yahoo.com you should send the email from a yahoo mail server for it to get
through.
