[chbot] Quick turn around PCB manufacture

I make my pcbs in a few hours. Only single sided right now but I do plan 
to try some double sided later with some manual vias. I mainly do this 
becuase some of my clients want really simple boards very fast 
(movie/broadcast stuff). But at least I don't have to manually drill them.
