[chbot] Long distance data link, advice from the guru's please

Thank you all!
  Two satellite links look like the best option. And yes, they too are sad  
that people cannot go a week without.
Personally I think that per mac address traffic limits are the way to go.
  But tropo scatter looks soo cool! Turns out they have one in Valdeve  
(remember exon...)

I dont think this is off topic as we meet at Tait, and a good deal of the  
members who I have met either work at or have worked at Tait, and tait  
are, well, Good at this stuff 8)
