[chbot] Tiny board mod help?

Hi Guys

I find i'm in need of a tiny board modification. But this is literally 
so small I can't do this.

Is anyone able to do a tiny mod for me? Someone with experience and the 
right gear for really small stuff?

Some details.

The component is a http://www.nxp.com/documents/data_sheet/74LVC1G125.pdf
Seems to be in a 
http://www.nxp.com/documents/outline_drawing/sot353-1_po.pdf package
Which is 0.64 mm pin spacing

Pin 1 is connected to pin 2. But pin 1 should be grounded, Ie connected 
to Pin3.

So a tiny cut and bodge wire is needed.

This is on a Arduino Due Board, and causes issues with serial 
communications.
