[chbot] Digital Storage Oscilloscope recommendations

Its going back a while, but when I moved from analogue to digital scopes I
missed the variable horizontal timebase so that I could display a 125us pcm
frame at some handy multiple on the graticule. eg 32 timeslots on 8
divisions. Now pcm frames seem to be out of fashion.
