[chbot] AVR Butterfly progression?

I think a few people have misunderstood what I was really looking for!!

I'm after something like a AVR Butterfly in that its cheap, ready built,
has a display built in and has a tool set that runs under Linux.

The nearest so far is the STM32F103VCT6 recommended by Mark et al but I'm
having a devils own job finding any specs on it (amount of flash, RAM, I/O
etc).

I'm not bothered by a change of CPU but AVRs have been good to me over the
last 12 years or so (since they first appeared in fact).

One possibility is http://code.google.com/p/gruvin9x/wiki/PCB with the
Turnigy display plugged into it.
