[chbot] Scripted graphics, possibly a multiple chocolate-fish challenge...

Not strictly anything to do with robots, but there are some clever
buggers on this list...

I wish to produce a 60 second animated MPEG2 video snip - Colour
Bars, Callsign and Analogue clock, with seconds - in the words of the
Idi Amin time check, "movin at an alarmin rate'.

It may be possible starting off with 60 off 720x576 pixel GIFs,
creating an animated GIF then encoding to MP at ML 25fps at 2.9Mb/s might work.

Given that the only difference between each frame is the second hand
moving then the GIFs are going to be quite similar.

FQ1 (Fish Question number one): Anyone know of any free win32
scripted graphics packages out there ?

FQ2: Anyone have any better ideas how to accomplish this task ?

FQ3: What was the name of the actor who quoted Mr Amin above ?

Regards,

Mark
