[chbot] SUre Electronics ARV programmers.

Hi Mike

I am look to build some programmers myself, just have to get around to
designing the boards.
The design I am looking at is usbasp. http://www.fischl.de/usbasp/
I have the parts to make quite a few.
The price range looking to produce them at is ~$15 NZ.
If you want a programed chip and parts I can get you them at cost.
