[chbot] Extending the mini robot wars challenge

What about large emf pulse.
Ready 5,4,3,2,1.......quiet.

We might not get invited back again, as the only thing surrounding the 
area is truly passive.


Come to think of it Kay might win this with his purely mechanical version.

Sorry no tasers ...... tassels if you like.
