[chbot] Extending the mini robot wars challenge

Wearing my 'I've got some spare time coming up' hat...

Are there any specific size/technology limitations for the remote 
controlled 300g class, and is that still applicable for club meetings or 
are we going to go for one of the classes mentioned below?
