[chbot] Foam board

I'm currently experimenting with WIG (Wing in ground-effect) craft and have
been building them out of balsa (here's a vid of my first
one<http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tz5FbTGnaj8>).
This is getting expensive so I'm going to start making them from foam. Does
anyone know of a good, preferably cheap source of foam? While I'm at it,
does Jaycar sells nichrome wire?
