[chbot] component suppliers

Just a heads up that MindKits might be an option. We have a nice selection
of common resistors, caps, pots and a bunch of other components.

Just a heads up that soon we'll have them all available in labelled bags of
50 so you can pick any values you want to build up a kit bag cheaply.
