If it's not an actual Italian-manufactured (or licensed) Arduino then
comparing prices is a bit apples to oranges.

If the board is labelled as an Arduino (rather than
Arduino-compatible) and is not licensed from the Arduino team then I
would advise against supporting a company that is operating in that
manner. If the board is exactly as the picture you linked in your
original post but the seller is not listed on
<http://arduino.cc/en/Main/Buy> then it is most likely using the
Arduino name in an unlicensed manner.

There are plenty of Arduino-compatible boards being produced and sold
by reputable companies (some of which are listed on my site:
<http://code.rancidbacon.com/ArduinoNewZealand>)--if price is an issue
I would suggest considering them.

Disclaimer: I have done contract work for various Arduino-resellers,
enjoy hacking with the Arduino and think we should support people that
help the Arduino ecosystem and community grow.
