Hanno will demo the new Parallax Propscope and has a small number of
Parallax Propeller proto boards to give away kindly

by the nice people at Parallax. These little boards are just excellent and
have huge potential for anyone wanting to get into embedded programing.

John Wynard from Science Alive has kindly agreed to let us use the Robocup
Rescue mats and football. This is our last formal opportunity to try out
before the competition on Sunday 9th August. Further details here:

I have heard whispers that some football robots are taking shape, maybe
they will come.

Peter Harris may be persuaded to bring along his electric bike. Baby
sitters permitting. Although not a robotic application most of the
technology is directly applicable to what we get up to.

I will bring along my latest micromouse working or not...

Finally there will be the usual free stuff table for people to swap
unwanted odds and ends for wanted odd and ends.
