[chbot] 15mm lines for Junior Robocup using Dia

I've been experimenting with Dia to produce 15mm black line tracks on A4
sheets for the Junior Robocup Rescue schools competition.

Dia is a GTK+ based diagram creation program for Linux, Unix and Windows
released under the GPL license. http://live.gnome.org/Dia

Attached are the dia source files and png files so that you can see the
results. The genuine tiles use green areas for the swamp and turning hints.
I've used a 50% black and white hatch instead which I hope will yield a
similar result on the nxt light sensor. We can test this out on a Lego nxt
sensor if anyone brings one along, or better still a robocup line follower.

To print these out it is probably best to load the .dia files into dia and
use dia to print.

I hope to bring these diagrams along laminated on Wednesday.
