[chbot] USB silly-scope

Thanks Hanno,

This sounds like a very interesting project to add to my winter list, it 
might be interesting to add the hardware to the Xoscope project: 
http://xoscope.sourceforge.net/

Which A->D did you have in mind and what tricks to get it to perform at 
40MHz into the propeller memory? I guess you would be limited to rather 
less than 512 samples?
