Our next meeting is in just a little over one week.
Wednesday 15th August 7.30 pm in the Science Alive Seminar Room.
If you've not been there before park in the Science Alive car park on the
raised section to the right of the cinema entrance, the rear one, not the
Moorhouse Avenue side. The Seminar Room is next to the print shop. Peter
Harris will be along to show us his Roomba Robotic Vacuum Cleaner that is
in regular use around his home. He's also been working on a robotic lawn
mower. See you there 

I've put up posters at Tait Electronics and invited along people from the
ETITO Bright Sparks organisation.
As we may have some new faces turn up, maybe anyone who is thinking of
coming could bring along robots to show and photograph, even if these are
the same as already shown. Of course anything moving would be a real bonus.

The prototype web site is functional. The welcome page could be used as a
poster or flyer to give to potential new members. Feel free to print them
out to give to anyone who might possibly become passionate about Robotics.
